Why we exist
Dating apps trained us to evaluate strangers by thumbnails. The result: 8 of 10 messages ignored, half the matches ghosted, and the rare meeting that does happen feels like a job interview. We think that's a solvable design problem.
The format
ClipyEvents drops small, vetted groups into curated venues — a pasta dinner here, a comedy show there, a sunset rooftop the week after. We match the table by location, interests, age and height, so the people you meet are people you'd actually want to meet. Then we get out of the way. No swiping, no scoring, no in-app messaging once you're approved.

- Every guest is identity-verified before their first event.
- A quick video call confirms you're a real human, not a profile picture.
- You can leave any WhatsApp event group with one tap.
- Bad actors get banned for life.
