Community guidelines

Be real

• Use your real name and a current photo. No filters that change your face.
• Your age, height, and gender on file match what guests will see in person.
• If something on your profile changes, update it before your next event.

Be respectful

• No is a complete sentence. Honour it.
• No racist, sexist, transphobic, homophobic, ableist, or otherwise dehumanising remarks.
• No unsolicited touching. None.
• No pressuring anyone to drink, dance, leave with you, or do anything they're not into.

Be present

• Phones away once the event starts. Take group photos at the start or end, not during.
• If you have to leave early, tell the host. Ghosting hurts everyone.
• Show up within 15 minutes of the start time. Repeated lateness loses your spot at future events.

Be private

• What happens at the event stays at the event. Don't post other guests without consent.
• Don't share other guests' phone numbers, last names, or workplaces outside the group.
• Anything shared in the WhatsApp group is between the people in that group.

Be safe

• Drinks: pace yourself. Hosts will check in if you seem off.
• If you feel uncomfortable, talk to the host or DM the safety line on the spot.
• Going home with someone is between adults — please look out for each other.

What happens when these are broken

• Minor issues: a private chat from the host or our safety team.
• Serious issues: immediate removal from the event without refund.
• Anything threatening, predatory, or repeated: permanent ban.

Report something

Email safety@clipyevents.com any time. We reply within 1 hour during event hours, 24h otherwise. Anonymous reports are welcome and acted on with the same urgency.
