Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ClipyEvents (the "Service"), operated by ClipyAI Inc. By creating an account, attending an event, or paying for a ticket you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or your local age of majority, whichever is higher) to use the Service. Some events have stricter age requirements (e.g. drinking-age events). Misrepresenting your age is grounds for an immediate, permanent ban.

2. Vetting & community standards

We vet every guest before their first event. By signing up you agree to:

• Provide truthful identifying information.
• Complete a video vetting call when requested.
• Follow our Community Guidelines at all events.

3. Tickets & refunds

Tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event start time, except where required by law. Cancellations 48+ hours out get a full refund minus processing fees. Payments by Stripe, Venmo, or Canadian e-Transfer are all final unless explicitly noted.

4. Conduct at events

Harassment, discrimination, intoxication beyond reasonable, recording other guests without consent, or any behaviour that makes other guests unsafe will result in immediate removal without refund and a permanent ban. Hosts have final say on the night.

5. Liability

ClipyEvents is a matchmaking platform, not the operator of the venues we use. You attend events at your own risk. We do not guarantee compatibility, romantic or otherwise.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@clipyevents.com.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active accounts at least 14 days before they take effect.
